Happy Moments (March - July 2012)

As mentioned in my earlier post, I thought it would be a good idea to share some of my e-documented happy moments from March – July 2012.

When thinking and documenting happy moments, there should never be negative “but”s. The point is, Happy thoughts = Happy me.

HM 1: The green tea milk shake at Samurai, Glenferrie Road was excellent. It hit the spot, the best meal I had the entire day!

HM 2: I got a haircut, finally! And I think it adds some oomph to my look. Certainly happy enough for me to go back to that place again. This is Cinderella Hair Saloon at Hawthorn East, along Riversdale Road.

HM 3: The hands free on my blackberry works fine. I have wanted to try it for a while, now that I have, it’s adding to another set of convenience into my life.

HM 4: I posted our wedding photos (night) and felt happy and proud to share it. We had a very beautiful wedding, and I’m so very happy and proud of it. This is one of my favourite one of us that night.

HM 5: Listening to MB talk, and the little lies he adds sometimes is amusing. I feel like there are so many things to learn from him and it’s interesting how he can happily talk naturally just like that.

HM 6: Pappa Rich is in town (Melbourne QV), and a fellow Malaysian friend commented it’s good! I can’t wait to try it soon - this Sunday perhaps.

HM 7: I feel thankful that I have married the right guy and I dropped him a Facebook message on his wall to tell him and everyone else who happen to see it. I’m sure that message made his heart smile when he read it!

HM 8: I woke up at 8am and did not choose to laze for too much longer in bed.

HM 9: It seems that we are closer to getting a house now!

HM 10: With a new house means we can finally have our dog! I will need to start looking now! :)

HM 11: That also means I can finally have my piano which I can ding ding dong dong once in a while! :)

HM 12: And barbie dolls out of the boxes!

HM 13: I had crabs for dinner, it has been ages!

HM 14: I remembered not to have tea late at night (we were at Happy Cup Bubble Tea place at Glen Waverley) – that’s good because if I did I would have trouble sleeping.

HM 15: Managed to spend some time tidying up my Finance Spreadsheet, long overdue since before Wedding time!

HM 16: He’s so lovable, my man :)

HM 17: To think that I may not be so busy at work this week is good stuff! I can focus on other work related stuff or personal at my own pace.

HM 18: It was good to spend time with KS today, someone other than BH to hang out with!

HM 19: Oooohhh I bought a curler comb which attracts heat and improve styling capabilities when I dry my hair using the hair dryer! I look forward to trying it tomorrow! :)

HM 20: I drove all the way to pick KS up and to Doncaster Shopping Town and back home on my own! No calls to BH, no GPS, just a quick reference of map earlier in the morning and memory from being a passenger on the same route for the errrmmmm 56th time! :)

2 weeks ending 4 April 2012

HM 30: I went back to Malaysia for 1.5 days (over the weekend) as a work stopover.

HM 31: I look forward for another stopover later this month.

HM 32: The points I get from travelling is good.

HM 33: I was happy we got to have lunch together at my brother’s apartment. My dad cooked.

HM 34: My brother’s apartment is actually quite nice. I kept thinking of decoration ideas to improve the place and can’t wait to action on our own home!

HM 35: We bought a house! Yay!

HM 36: I can’t wait to get a piano! And maybe go for violin lesson?

HM 37: There was a Barbie doll I kinda like and almost bought.

HM 38: I think after my very first “prospect” short presentation, I’ve suddenly gained much more confidence.

HM 29: John Cusack makes me smile.

HM 30: Finished all my 3 big vaccination!

3 months ending 12 July 2012

HM 31: We did get a puppy.

HM 32: I like her name, my 2nd pick. My first pick was rejected by the husband.

HM 33: The plentiful joys of puppy raising….

HM 34: Can’t wait for my bonus payout.

HM 35: Love the fact that Pappa Rich is just around the corner.

HM 36: Loving our white house.

HM 37: Le tour de France is on!

HM 38: I’m heading to Asia again, and time for another stopover.

HM 39: I can now place floating flower into the round kind of vase. I’ve always wanted to do that.

HM 40: Baking isn’t that hard after all, but all thanks to the pre-prepared cake mixes! Next time I may try from scratch following different recipes. Maybe…

HM 41: We have an orange tree which has heaps of oranges. Not sure when is the best time to pick and eat/juice them. We had one last weekend which was too sour. Had another one juiced and mixed into the cake, not much affect.

HM 42: I am enjoying Master Chef Australia this season.

HM 43: Sales team always have special treatment. Need to be taking advantage of the benefits wherever I can.

HM 44: My brother’s wedding is coming up, in October.

HM 45: We will have a niece/nephew in October.
