Comfort food

I'm contemplating to get Malaysian takeaway or McDonalds or cook some rice porridge or noodle soup. My tummy cramp just wants salt water, my throat is already feeling some sore throat just thinking about the black hokkien noodle which is kinda oily and kinda msg-ish, as well as the fried mc nuggets and dry burger. My mouth wants the taste of strawberry milk shake but I'm sure the tummy will get even cramp-ier. My body just wants to curl up and really not keen to defrost cook and clean. My stomach is crying for food but I still can't decide which part of me should I satisfy...
